A University of Engineering & Technology in Asia required a Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) Furnace for rapid thermal annealing research. The equipment would support laboratory studies investigating the effects of rapid heating and controlled thermal treatment on material properties.

The furnace’s rapid heating and cooling capabilities, combined with precise temperature control and uniformity, make it suitable for research requiring controlled thermal cycles and short-duration annealing.
To meet the system’s cooling requirements, ZYLAB also offered 5L and 10L water chiller options, with the customer ultimately selecting the 10L chiller.
