We appreciate all orders, so Zylab has no minimum order requirement. Occasionally, our manufacturing site or partner may require a minimum and you will be advised as soon as we are notified.

We will send a Proforma Invoice including details when we received your purchase order or agreement.

Most of our standard equipment and parts, we have prepared enough in stock, after testing and packing, can ship within 3-7 days.

If a shipping method is not specified, we will determine the most expedient and efficient means of shipment. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance), provided by the various carriers used by Zylab, will be added to your invoice. These charges are determined by product plus packaging weight, overall package dimensions, as well as any other special shipping requirements, such as HAZMAT materials.

By sea: More than 60kg or big quantity;Safe,cheap but slow;
Usually 11-30 days to North America;
30-45 days to Middle of South America;
40-60 days to South America;
15-28 days to South Africa;
25-33 days to Europe;
30-45 days to East Europe;
35-45 days to North Europe;
28-35 days to Mediterranean countries;
28-40 days to Middle East countries;
7-20 days to Southeast Asia countries;
By air to airport: Suit for big product or quantity but urgent a lot. Usually 7-10 days arrive. Some direct flight can arrive at 3-5 days.
By Express delivery such as DHL,FedEx,TNT: Suit for small or not too heavy and very urgent product. Generally 5-7 days arrive to door.

All of the packing way is based on the safety of the item and the cost on freight, we will offer you the most suitable and safety packing way!

Most of our products, we offer 2 years warranty, except glass part. During the warranty time, any problem we offer after-sale service; any spare parts (not caused by misuse or vandalism) broken, we offer free. Detail warranty information based on the product.
