Introduction
The W Shaped Silicon Carbide Heating Element is a high-performance SiC heater designed with three shanks, shaped like the letter “W”. This configuration is especially suitable for horizontal installation in large industrial or laboratory furnaces, providing excellent thermal uniformity, balanced electrical loading, and longer service life in demanding environments.
Manufactured using recrystallized silicon carbide, ZYLAB W Shaped heating elements operate efficiently in temperatures up to 1500°C in oxidizing or neutral atmospheres.
