ZYLAB DB Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element
Introduction
The DB Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element features a uniform-diameter hot zone (HZ) with two equal-diameter cold ends (CZ). This element is optimized for vertical or horizontal installation in high-temperature furnaces operating up to 1500°C. Its unique configuration minimizes terminal heat loss and improves thermal efficiency, making it ideal for industrial heat treatment, ceramics sintering, and laboratory furnaces.
ZYLAB offers both standard and custom DB-type SiC heaters, engineered for stability, long service life, and precise resistance control.
