Introduction
The ZYLAB Mini Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace is a compact laboratory furnace specifically designed for use inside glove boxes. Combining the functions of a box furnace and a vacuum atmosphere furnace, it enables high-temperature heat treatment, sintering, annealing, and materials research under vacuum, inert gas, or protective atmosphere conditions.
Featuring a large quartz reaction chamber with a high-sealing vacuum flange, the furnace provides an ideal environment for processing air-sensitive materials such as battery materials, catalysts, semiconductor components, metal powders, ceramic materials, and advanced functional materials.
Its lightweight design allows the furnace to be easily transferred into a glove box through a standard large antechamber, saving valuable laboratory space while maintaining excellent thermal performance.
