Premium 100L Vacuum Filter System with 316 Stainless Steel Buchner Funnel for Laboratory Filtration
Introduction
The Vacuum Filter System series features a premium 316 stainless steel Buchner funnel, offering excellent resistance to chlorides, saltwater, chemical reagents, and seawater for superior corrosion protection. The system is compatible with interchangeable filter materials, including filter cloths, filter nets, and filter membranes of various pore sizes, allowing uniform distribution of the material over the filter layer.
Operation is simple and efficient: by connecting a glass suction filter bottle to a vacuum pump, negative pressure is created in the lower glass bottle. This draws the material through the filter layer, effectively separating solids from liquids. The filtered material is collected in the suction bottle, and the filtration level depends on the type of filter cloth or membrane used.
The suction filter bottles are designed as spherical glass containers, available in common sizes of 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, and 100L. Custom sizes can also be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
