ZYLAB Laboratory Hydrogen Reduction Furnace for Iron Powder Testing
Introduction:
The Small Horizontal Tube Furnace for Hydrogen Loss Testing of Iron Powder is a compact laboratory furnace designed for hydrogen loss testing, hydrogen reduction testing, and metallurgical analysis of iron powders and other metal-containing materials.
The system provides controlled heating and gas flow conditions for laboratory-scale reduction tests. It is equipped with automatic vacuum cleaning, gas delivery, pressure monitoring, and combustible tail gas ignition systems to improve testing safety and operational stability.
Its compact horizontal tube design makes it suitable for laboratories, research institutes, universities, quality control laboratories, and pilot-scale material testing where accurate and repeatable hydrogen reduction tests are required.
Key Features :
1. Automatic Vacuum Cleaning and Gas Delivery
The furnace features an automatic cycle for vacuum cleaning and protective/reducing gas delivery. This helps remove residual air from the furnace tube before testing and provides controlled gas replacement during the experimental process.
2. Dual Automatic Ignition System
The exhaust system is equipped with two automatic igniters. One igniter operates as the primary ignition device while the other remains on standby.
This dual-ignition configuration provides additional protection and helps ensure the reliable and complete combustion of combustible gases discharged from the furnace.
3. Anti-Flashback Protection
A pipeline self-extinguishing anti-flashback device is incorporated into the gas exhaust system to help prevent the backflow of combustible gases.
This provides an additional layer of protection during hydrogen-containing atmosphere testing.
4. Furnace Tube Pressure Monitoring
The system continuously monitors the pressure inside the furnace tube. When abnormal pressure conditions are detected, corresponding safety functions can be activated, including gas supply cutoff and temperature reduction, helping protect the furnace and test sample.
5. Multiple Operating Modes
Multiple operating modes are available to accommodate different laboratory testing requirements. Customized operating programs and functions can also be provided according to specific testing procedures.
6. Intelligent Touchscreen Control
The furnace uses an embedded operating system with a 7-inch true-color touchscreen and graphical human-machine interface.
The interface supports Chinese and English language selection and provides intuitive control of temperature, gas delivery, pressure monitoring, and test procedures.
The temperature control system incorporates a non-linear temperature correction function to improve temperature control accuracy.
