Introduction
The ZYLAB Lab Compact Jet Mill with Feeder and Product Collector is a tabletop laboratory micronizing system specially designed for ultra-fine grinding, particle size reduction, and powder preparation of small batches and high-value materials. Powered by high-speed compressed air or inert gas, the jet mill produces fine powders without mechanical grinding media, minimizing contamination while ensuring excellent particle size uniformity.
Equipped with an adjustable vibrating feeder, cyclone separator, and powder collection vessel, this compact laboratory jet mill offers stable feeding, high powder recovery, and easy cleaning, making it an ideal solution for universities, research institutes, battery laboratories, pharmaceutical research, advanced ceramics, fine chemicals, and material science applications.

- The main housing is made of 304 stainless steel, with an inner lining of high purity fully sintered alumina ceramic (corundum ceramic), ensuring wear resistance and no contamination.
- Its small footprint makes it ideal for laboratory benches, pilot-scale research, and limited workspace environments.
- The integrated electromagnetic vibrating feeder allows precise control of the feeding rate for stable and continuous operation.
- Equipped with a cyclone separator and collection vessel for convenient product collection, with three dust-proof collecting bags included.
- Air consumption is 0.4~0.6 m³/min, with a working pressure of 0.6Mpa~1.0Mpa.
- The air supply system is to be provided by the user, connecting to the main air pipe, with the internal pressure regulator fully matched.

- The output particle size is depended on material hardness and input particle size. Coarse particles may need 3-5 times milling to obtain the finest size.
- An air compressor is required, standard is NOT included. (Please order one from a local store, recommendation for a screw-type air compressor to ensure stable air pressure and adequate airflow rate for normal laboratory requirements 0.6m³/min)
