Featuring an external annular heating system and a high-purity quartz chamber, this furnace delivers excellent temperature uniformity, rapid heating rates, and high thermal efficiency.
The vacuum chamber is constructed from high-purity quartz, ensuring minimal contamination during processing. Combined with a water-cooled stainless steel sealing system and high-temperature resistant sealing rings, the furnace guarantees safe, stable, and reliable vacuum or atmosphere operations.
