Precision Gas Flow Control for Laboratory & Research Applications
Introduction:
The ZYLAB Desktop Single-Channel MFC Gas Delivery System is a compact and high-precision gas supply solution designed for laboratories, research institutes, and light industrial applications.
Equipped with a mass flow controller (MFC), the system enables accurate regulation and real-time monitoring of low-pressure, low-flow gas, ensuring stable and repeatable gas delivery for experimental and thermal processing environments.
This desktop gas delivery unit is ideal for use with tube furnaces, CVD systems, vacuum furnaces, and laboratory heat treatment equipment, where precise atmosphere control is essential.

Working Principle:
Gas from a cylinder is first reduced to the required pressure through a pressure regulator, then enters the gas supply system through the inlet port.
After passing through the inlet valve and mass flow controller, the gas is delivered from the outlet at a precisely controlled flow rate.
The mass flow controller regulates the volumetric gas flow, ensuring that the output atmosphere meets the exact requirements of the experiment or process.

Installation & Gas Supply Adjustment:
-
Connect the gas supply system inlet directly to the gas cylinder pressure regulator using appropriate gas tubing.
-
Select the required gas and ensure all connections are secure.
-
Open the gas cylinder valve, then open the corresponding inlet valve on the system.
-
Turn on the mass flow controller and slowly increase the pressure using the regulator.
-
Adjust the flow rate on the mass flow controller to reach the required output pressure and flow.
Operating Procedure:
-
Before connecting the gas cylinder, ensure all valves are closed. Connect the power plug and turn on the power switch.
-
Connect the gas cylinder and open the cylinder pressure regulator. Check all connections for leaks.
-
Open the inlet valve and slowly increase gas pressure using the regulator.
-
Maximum pressure: P < 0.05 MPa
-
-
Adjust the mass flow controller to the required gas flow rate.
-
After furnace operation is completed, release the gas pressure inside the system and close all valves.
-
Shut down the system by turning off the power switch and disconnecting the power supply.
