The ZYLAB Laboratory Mini Rotary Rocking Tube Furnace is a compact high-temperature laboratory furnace designed for small-batch calcination, sintering, thermal treatment, drying, and solid-state reactions of powders and granular materials.
Featuring a rotary rocking tube mechanism, the furnace continuously moves and mixes the sample during heating, helping improve temperature uniformity, material contact, and reaction consistency. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for material research, university laboratories, and small-scale R&D experiments where sample quantities are limited.
The furnace can be configured for controlled-atmosphere or vacuum processing, supporting inert and reducing atmospheres for applications that require controlled thermal environments.

The furnace can be equipped with a gas pre-heating system specially designed. The entire pre-heater is made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It allows pre-heating of various gases, including corrosive gases, to meet special process requirements. The maximum pre-heating temperature reaches 600°C.
