Introduction

Lab continuous Pyrolysis Furnace for Biomass Recycling Applications(automatic feeding and discharging vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace) with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and a stainless steel furnace tube. It is equipped with two types of stainless steel augers, with pitches of 40mm and 60mm, enabling different feed rates and effectively enhancing the uniformity of material heating temperature and reaction.

1.A stainless steel vacuum feeding tank with a capacity of 4 liters is installed, and on the right side of the equipment, there is a stainless steel water-cooled discharge tank with a volume of 4 liters.
2.The feeding tank is equipped with a vibration motor to control the stability and uniformity of the feed.
3.On the left side, the auger inside the furnace tube is rotated by a chain wheel to achieve stable material in and out, with an adjustable rotation speed.

Usage Precautions	1.Do not open the furnace when the furnace chamber temperature is ≥300℃ to avoid injury. 2.During equipment use, ensure that the absolute pressure gauge reading does not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent damage due to excessive pressure. 3.When operating under vacuum, the equipment’s operating temperature should not exceed 600℃.
