ZYLAB Air Jet Sieve Solution
Introduction:
The ZYLAB Laboratory Air Jet Sieving Machine is designed for particle size analysis of fine powders, particularly low-density particles that tend to agglomerate during conventional sieving.
Featuring a specially treated sieve mesh and adjustable nozzle speed, it provides flexible sieving conditions with a typical sieving time of 2–3 minutes.
The standard configuration includes a manually adjustable vacuum unit, a collection bottle and an electronic balance, with optional ultrasonic assistance and data management functions available for different laboratory testing requirements.
